this page is here to teach you how to use HTML to create a neocities website. please understand that i am not an expert and will only show what i know. however, i won't show EVERYTHING, like website favicons. stuff like that is easy enough to where you can just easily look it up. this page is for beginners, so i probably won't be teaching you anything crazy. anything that's on my website i'll probably teach you about.
before you do any of this, however, please make sure you have a neocities account up and ready to use.
